I have been farming for 13 years, my main goal is to give the public a wholesome, and drug free meat. My animals are antibiotic and BGH free. BGH (Bovine Growth Hormone) is used to make the animals grow faster.
I have a close herd, meaning I don't buy animals at sale barns. I keep all my own heifers back to breed. I grow all my own feed on the farm, so there are no bi-products in my feed.
I started Porkhouse LLC in 2000, to be able to reach my goal of selling fresh BGH-free meat to the consumer at a reasonable price. I have many cuts of pork, beef, and free-range chickens available. Also I have free-range brown and white eggs.
