Dear Ellen,

I want to thank you for your recent delivery of the bacon, sausage, brats, ground beef and steaks.

The bacon is outstanding, and has my customers asking for more. It cooks quicker, has less fat, and has a very good flavor to it. I used the sausage for our homemade pizza giving it a little extra "boost" to it's normally great taste. The brats made their way into a few "Thank You" baskets I gave away to some folks who had helped me paint my fence and garage. (Chuck, one of the guys who helped paint, said, "I'll come up here all the time if you feed me more of them brats!"). The ground beef was used in a chile for a large New Years Eve party. Young and old alike thought the chili was the best I ever made. Last, but not least, the steaks were used for a candle-lit dinner with my wife - she was impressed with both her choice of a husband and his cooking skills!
